I look up to see my challenge...
Miles of emptiness...
I am apprehensive...
But we push on.
And it's not easy going.
We eventually spot precious high ground...
And make the grueling trek upward.
The sprawling vista is our reward...
As well as my small victory against the juggernaut called Nature.
